Registration CLOSES at 8:45 am SHARP, followed by a safety briefing.
Hammer down will be at 9 am.
IMPORTANT:
GPA uses tactical priority when engaging targets, very similar to IDPA except there’s no near to far priority. If you are unfamiliar with the concept of tactical priority. please click here to watch a video before the match.
Engaging targets without utilizing tactical priority will cause you to accrue procedural errors (PE) which is a three second penalty. I know that this video is about IDPA, not GPA, but the concept is the exact same expect there is no near to far in GPA.
We will be shooting first shots, followed by three stages. First shots will have a round count of 10, and each following stage will have a maximum round count of 24.
Please bring at least 150 rounds of ammunition for the match.
One mulligan (reshoot) will be allowed per person per match. Your mulligan time will replace your first time for the stage. Mulligan must be shot while your squad is at the stage you’d like to reshoot.
Firearm & ammo requirements:
*** If shooting pistol, belt mounted holster and magazine pouches are required. No magnums
*** PCCs welcome but each stage has a mandatory reload so magazine pouches still required.
Course of fire:
First shots will be a standing stage consisting of 10 shots, the following three stages will be practical shooting stages with a maximum round count of 24 shots.
