General Membership Meetings are held on the 2nd Saturday of each new quarter (January, April, July, October)
Election of Officers are held at each January meeting. All officers serve one year terms. Meetings are conducted in accordance with Robert’s Rules of Order. Club businss is conducted, financial reports are discussed, and new projects are presented and voted on by the club membership.
